In this pair of solid gold earrings, the delicate beauty of vintage Mediterranean branch coral plays against the vibrant pastel colors of faceted Ethiopian opals.
Each piece is fabricated individually in our studio. Fine-gauge gold wire is formed and woven by hand to create a lightweight structural framework, with each stone integrated individually through wire construction rather than casting or soldering. The result is a piece shaped entirely by the human hand.
The work shown represents the form, scale, and approach of the design. Due to the natural variation of opals and coral, material character will vary, making each pair distinct.
